Selling Elling Bra and Elling Bra

Now I have 2 marketing, 1st is my facial masseur, AM, she is quite good in selling just in 2 weeks, she has sold around 15 bras smoothly. Another one is her friend, a nice and talkative lady in her 50ies, her was not as smoothly as AM. LY, met a lot of weird customer and sometime so 'kiasu'. Always asked for discount and even didn't want to paid her ful price although most of her buyer are her friends. When she phoned me, I just can't stop thinking how come a friend can treat you like that.
Yesterday, she asked her hubby to drop her to her sister house in Glugur area and she visited her old friend, she bought 1 set and asked LY to her daughter house because she had big and sagged breast, LY refuse because she didn't has any transportation unless this ar ie can drop her there but ar-ie insisted LY to use becak instead, LY reject it because it was dangerous to bring the luggage full of bras with becak. Ar-Ie then called her daughter and she went there 3 hours later, and you know, this heartless girl asked LY to bring the luggage to her old room at 4th floor (it's a store house) and didn't even offer to help or asked her mum maid to help and this arrogant ar ie also didn't offer. Well it was heartless because that mean asking old lady to drag a luggage contain 88 pieces of bra which is quite heavy 3 floor upstairs. And after testing the bra, the proud girl didn't wan to buy, complain no sexy enough and the fabric look old fashion. So LY went home just sell 1 set of bra and spend almost her whole day there.
Selling Elling Bra truthfully is not as easy as everyone thinking and the margin is not very high. Many women are being brain washed that a beautiful breast must look round and wearing fashion bras will create this beauty. Well, as all 'fashion' meaning to hide the flaws but can't reconstructive them, so, when you pull off you bra...DENG...there is your still sagging or misshapen breast staring at you on the mirror.
Still, Elling bra doesn't promise any miracle such as TV MEDIA ones, not that after you wear them your breast will magically become fuller and firmer, it all depend on our discipline, first weeks (around 2 weeks) is the hardest because after you scoop all your breast fat (such on under the arm pit and on the back ones) into the cups, they will stubbornly move back to their usual nesting place so you will have to re-scoop them every 2-4 hours ( depend on your body fat).
Me, because I'm skinny, I only need to re-scoop them after 4 hours when suddenly my boob looked bit flattened. After 2 weeks of repeatedly re scooping, your fat will stay still in the bra cup and will start to look fuller.
I have wear them for a month and I felt that the fat on my back is thinner and my breast are fuller and what I like most is when you run on the treadmill, your breast doesn't swing up and down but stand still hehehe...
Elling bra doesn't has any padding, and mostly, the tester will complain that their breast didn't look round enough, but, it was your natural breast look like and it become fuller, of couse will be rounder although not as round as padded bras.
Me, felling it is more comfortable with no padding, because it was airier and in these unbearable hot days, it was a plus.
Also with no wire usually customer will complain ' hah! no wire? I can't wear lah, mine will be more sag.' Sometimes after you explain to them ,the idea just can't be absorbed into their mind.
But these few days I got many called who are eager to try out the bras and they know about the bras from magazine or internet and delight that there is sole distributor in Medan, So, the business look prospective after all :)

PC K.O!!!!

My PC went K.O. for 3 days now. It suddenly went off when I was typing. I try to restart it with no result. I even bang it hopefully it would miraculously turn on but fruitless. So, it was ended in ICU in computer store.
I have no PC and couldn't get my mails... so devastating. Luckily my younger sister came home from aceh and bring her laptop yesterday. Yipeeee...I can function as normal again. Now, "I was thinking to change my ole PC with laptop instead thinking of getting advantage of all free WiFi areas (as if I have time to enjoy silent and quite time at cafe....dreaming lah) and easier for me to present my works or design to clients... but good laptop quite pricey...I think somehow I have to move it to my latest in my prioritiy list

Stair climber....

Man in Delivery Room

Did your DH accompanying you in delivery room when you about to labor? Mine was. Although he dare not to stare at me but kept staring on the wall (poor DH) I was glad that he was there for me. Then when Megan was born, still covered with blood and all, he looked at the little baby and talked to her softly, and to my amazed (for information, that time my doctor was still stitching my down there) She stop crying(screaming actually) and looked at him with her still blurred-non-focused eyes.
That will be in my memory forever.
But then, after a year, we were playing with Megan, I said:
Me: Megan want little dedek ma?
DH: Megan doesn't need little dedek, just mama and papa lah... and he kiss her
Me: No lah, she will become selfish and doesn't know how to share
DH: Megan has many cousin mah? She play with them often. Will not turn into selfish child
Me: Still, not the same with sibling lah
DH: Then , we adopt little mei mei for her loh...
Me: HAH? You crazy what? I don't want to adopt lah, How if I can't love them the same? No lah, I can still pregnant and give Megan dedek.
DH: Hon, I can bear to let you endure another suffering and painfully moment to give birth lah....
Me:...............
DH: That time, It must be very painful that at the last moment you asked for cesarean instead (glup... true... my pain resistance is always low, I even asked my dentist to give me anesthetic shot because I was scare, but when gave birth, many said that Epidural shot has effect on our spine , so, I dare myself to resist the shot, and.. predicable,at last minutes, I can't bear any more, I asked doctor for the shot or cesarean but he denied me and said gently to me: too late, Elwi, just a few more pushes you will be alright, an athletic mum like you must be strong, come on... push....and I gave birth to little Megan)
Me: Aiyo, that was long time ago, I'm stronger now, see, I can endure engorgement,nipple crack and all the pain and still breastfeeding Megan mah....
DH: Let see then...

The point is, many of my friends said not to let our DH into delivery room because the 'action' will scare them off and some even not able to consummate with their wife anymore because of the traumatic experience. I never believed them before, but , analyzing my situation, it seem make sense now, isn't it?

Megan in 13 month, has become an avid stair climber (hicks... hicks.. poor me and bibik always following her up and down) and has perfecting her manipulation skill. she can be very sweet and clingy to someone if she want that specific person do something for her. She can show her emotional very clearly and imitate me if she was annoyed such as clap her hand and said 'EH' loudly (I always clap my hand and said "No" to my dogs if they are naughty). If she was scolded, such as because of throwing her toys, She will cry (crocodile tears) and slowly approaching you and kiss you. A Heart Melter :)
She can open door (the handle is too high, but she stand on her toes and lean on the door or on the wall), switch on and off lamp, 'khek thow' in front of praying alter.

The Mighty ENVIROSAX

I've been wanting to wrote this since long but kept procrastinate it because I've forgotten to take the pictures. Today, I remembered!
Wonder how two flimsy envirosax able to hold up all my groceries today?

Baby Sitters Horror Stories

There are so many horror stories about irresponsible and sometime cruel baby sitters able to do to the babies. I’ am going to share some with you:

• I heard this from my aunt. This is from a wealthy family and as usual, pretty mum loves to hang out and shop with friends and hire a baby sitter to look after her under baby. She like this sitter very much because according to her, her baby was good, less fussy and slept a lot in sitter care, until one day, when she went abroad for shopping, the baby sitter and baby was left and stayed in her in-law’s house and because they are very rich, almost all part of the in law house were monitored with video, and the sitter didn’t know. So the in law found out that the sitter drug their grandson daily with sleeping pills, stolen from medicines cabinet so the baby was always sleepy and easy to care. So, the in-law fired the sitter and drags her to police station.
  
• My cousin has already suspect that this new sitter probably harsh to her son, because he was scare of her but she didn’t have any proof. So, one day he was up stair with her sitter and suddenly she heard him cried. Not for long but a few second and it stop abruptly. She was curious and she went upstairs quietly, to her shock, she found out that the sitter was pressing pillow on my nephew face to silent him. My cousin scream, the other maid and driver rushed to up stair and they bring this sitter to police station and charge her for attempting murderer. But she was released and her ‘yayasan’ didn’t want to take any responsible for her, no one knows where she is now.
• This is from my gym mate. She said her previous baby sitter was found out hitting her son stomach and bangs his head on the wall. One day, when she return from office she heard her son cried, when the sitter was asked why he cried, she just simply answered, stomach ache, my friend didn’t buy it because he was kneeling, crying and hugging his stomach, so she asked her son gently what happened but he kept staring to the sitter, so she open pull open his shirt and found red mark on his belly. Then the boy admit that sometimes she also bang his head on the wall. That is the reason she quit her banking job and looks after her boys by herself.
• My other cousin’s baby sitter punched her toddler face when he cried and grab and pinched his neck when he peed on his pants, her in law found them out when staying in her house for few weeks. she was so angry and the sitter was fired immediately along with her house maid (the maid knew but didn’t report them although she has work with the family for years).
• This is real, one working mum who suddenly went home in the afternoon because she had forgotten to bring some document to the office was shocked to found out her baby was sucking the sitter’s toe.
• I’ve heard about a baby sitter who mixed detergent in the baby milk

So scary, how come a human being able to do these cruel things to babies. So, beware working mums... better take a closer look on your baby sitter.

Five Year Old Blind Genius Pianist

Have you heard about Yoo Ye-Eun, A Korean born blind 5 years old little girl, who can play piano since she was 3 years old and no one in her family know music or teach her. On 3 years old when her mother sang her favorite song, of all sudden, Yoo Ye-Eun accompanying her mum's singing with a borrowed piano. So Miraculous! Acording to Park Jung Soon, Yoo Ye-Eun's mummy, the little girl can play any music from classic to pop songs even just listen to them once.
Yoo Ye-Eun was left by her biological parents since birth and adopted by Yoo Chang Yoo and his wife Park Jung Soon. Then her daddy (Yoo Chang Yoo) become invalid and has to use wheel chair because of an accident. But God always has miracle way to help us, I think because of their generous and kind soul, willing to adopt little yoo, even she is blind, god gifted little Yoo wit uncomprehending talent.
Little Yoo astonished many people in the world. She has even played in front of Singapore PM, Lee Hsien Loong, and on the same day she played Singapore traditional song even she never heard them before.
She will be a Big and Famous one day. Good Luck!!!!

Stretch Mark

Ladies…Do you got your stretch mark after pregnancy? Most women are… Some don’t. But most of my friends got their stretch mark.

Stretch mark, the road map of pregnancy, the telltale signs carved into about 90 percent of pregnant women’s abdomens, derrieres, breasts and thighs

There’re so many creams or lotion that claims able to prevent stretch mark. Do you think they really work? Can stretch marks really be prevented? American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists says NO.

Stretch marks occur when skin loses its elasticity, usually from rapid weight gain — a common occurrence, alas, when one is with child. But research has also shown that genetics and race play a role in stretch marks, nearly 80 percent of the women of color (African-American, Hispanic, and Southeast Asian, among others) said they had stretch marks.

I don’t have any after my pregnancy. I count myself lucky for it because it’s surely because I’ve inherited my mum good genes (my mummy stomach is still as smooth as baby bottom, doesn’t has any stretch mark on it after 3 children).

I didn’t use any ‘anti-stretch mark cream’ when pregnant. Because I really don’t believe in them because I thought, we can’t alter our skin elasticity just applying creams, right? So, I just put on my regular body lotion such as Jergen Classic Cherry Scent ( I was addict to it, hehe I love the scent so much).

There is also believe not to scratch you belly when it was itchy during pregnancy because the action will trigger stretch mark….Do you follow them? I don’t.

So… If got it, can it be heal? YES, by laser treatments or Retin-A especially ONLY early on when the lines are red and purple.” Studies have found that topical tretinoin can lighten stretch marks as well as reduce their size, however, no treatment can make a stretch mark go all the way back to looking like normal skin. The redness and skin texture can be reduced and even can make them more invisible but they are still there…..There are NO 'perfect' treatments for stretch mark.

But …just face it Ladies…it’s just small part of sacrificed to have a lovely healthy baby, right? Just accept them as part of our body, our process, to be a more perfect and wisdom women who able to giving birth rather then fussing up this LITTLE matter.

Yippee, Megan butt has healed. Thanks god hehe. this lousy mum is so happy. Since she is OK now, I will be able to leave her at home and run my new business a.k.a selling bras
Haha, how come an architect become bra seller? I don't know, but I think coincidently I have just finished my last project (not 100% finished, but not needing my full attention now) and it feel more womanly running women business line and although I just started, but showing promising sign, the orders are good. As all know, women usually use networking to run their business also depend a lot on mouth to mouth promotion. So, no afraid to sell good products cause the result will be sweet as long as you're no cheating, nice and informative with customers and friend

Am I a bad mother? I think I’m

Let me tell you the story of this mother who without a slight mother instinct. The time lines are divided prior my trip to Jakarta, when I was at Jakarta and afterward.

A few months before my trip to Jakarta, Megan have been drinking Procal step 2 from Wyeth once a day on daytime (still breast feeding her on morning and at night). I also mix the milk powder to her oatmeal breakfast to make it more nutritious.

When I was at Jakarta, the first day, I instructed my mom to change her milk to Procal Step 3 (for 1-3 years old toddler) and because I didn’t left any pump breast milk, she drank formula trice a day. According to mum, Megan poo a lot (I didn’t know it until I went back home) 3-4 times a day all with soft stools, some time mild diarrhea. Because she were still energetic, show no pain or discomfort, mum thought no need to be worried, she thought maybe Megan was teething.

On the day I came home, at night, she refused be nursing as usual. And show me sign pao- pao, so I thought she was full and felt no worried. But at tomorrow morning, she also refuse to suckling my breast and turned her face away when I offered her, even bite me so hard when I pressed on, I told DM about that and she said she refused my breast now because 3 days in row only drank formula, DM said it’s OK because she has been breastfed more than 12 months it’s OK to stop breast feeding her. I thought, OK, but felt rejected.

The problem was, her stools were still soft and showed mild diarrhea and her butt was sometimes become irritated because of frequent wipes. I asked my pediatrician and he said this was because of changing milk powder but need no worries her tummy will get used to it.

The top of the problem was today around 2 am. She waked up and cried, I thought she want to sleep on my bed, so I carried her from her cot and put her on my bed, she continued to sleep until 4 am. She cried so hard, I thought she was having nightmare, I soothed her by singing for her and rocked her to sleep in my arm. Then on 6 am, she cried again. By the time, DM has waked up so carried Megan to seek her advice and she said maybe stomach discomfort or maybe hungry, she asked me to make 120 cc of milk for Megan, she drank them and she slept fitfully on DM’s arm but when I carried her, she cried again, I checked her diaper ( by rubbing around her waist, she wore Cute Tooshie fitted Diaper) was only slight damp, and no bad smell so I decide to change her diaper later. I carried her to my room and rocked her to sleep again. On 8.30 am. She waked up and cried, this time I asked bibik who has just arrived to change her diaper and I thought to catch a little nap for I felt so tired. To my shocked, bibik screamed for me and Oh My God, Megan butt was so red, specially her labia, so raw red. It was because she had poo last night on her CD and the stool has long contact on her sensitive skin with damp and warm CD, She got bad diaper rash and this bad mother didn’t even get a clue although she cried a lot. Her skin also showed some friction. She cried so heart brokenly when she pee specially poo.

I called my trustworthy doctor aunt at once. She asked me to buy Apollar cream for Megan butt, and instruct me to let Megan butt as airy as possible, meaning no CD today and see if the irritation will eased. She came later, to checked on Megan butt and asked me to apply the cream trice a day.

Megan become more relaxes after applying her cream but her butt still red although not as red as in the morning. I keep thinking, how in the earth and not even cross my mind to check on her diaper? What a bad mummy I am……..
